Lyudmila Khamitova is a first officer at Aeroflot Airlines. Her story tells how a childhood dream, born at the age of four in a small, isolated town to the sound of MiG-29 jets, turned into a lifelong passion. Today, Lyudmila has hundreds of hours in the air, responsibility for passenger safety, and a daily routine where precision and professionalism are crucial.

Maria Shulman is a Moscow Metro train driver. Her path to the train cabin is unique: before entering the transport industry, she graduated from medical school with honors as a pediatrician, but then abruptly changed her professional course after having children.

foundry foreman

Svetlana Cheremnykh has been working at the Proton-PM plant in Perm for 23 years. She is currently the senior foreman in the foundry, which produces engines for the first stages of the Proton and Angara space rockets. Her career has spanned all stages of the foundry, from making cores and molds to managing a complex melting section.

Alisa Konovalova is an aircraft commander for Rostec's National Air Ambulance Service. Elena Bogdanova is a fifth-category electric welder at the Kolomensky Plant with 37 years of experience. Elena represents a true labor dynasty: her grandfather, an outstanding designer, dedicated 63 years of his life to the plant and was a State Prize laureate. Today, Elena is the only foreman on her shift who has mastered the art of "taming metal," creating complex components for modern Russian locomotives and sharing her unique experience with the next generation of plant workers.
